At Funtastic Party Rentals, our priority is to provide timely, safe, and reliable deliveries for all products rented through our website or directly from our team. Please read this policy to understand how our delivery process works.

If your location is outside our delivery area, please contact us. We'll do our best to help. Additional charges may apply.
Delivery and collection times are scheduled according to the date and location of your event.
Deliveries are made between 1 and 3 hours before the start of the event.
Schedules may vary depending on weather, traffic, or other operational needs.
A member of our team will confirm your delivery window 24 hours before the event.
What's Included in the Delivery
All our deliveries include:
Equipment transport
Professional installation (for inflatables, tents, etc.)
Safety inspection
Dismantling and removal after the event
Climate PolicyFor the safety of your guests and the protection of our team:
We do not install inflatables in heavy rain, lightning, or strong winds.
If weather conditions are unsafe, we may delay delivery or cancel installation.
If the cancellation due to weather occurs before installation, you can reschedule without penalty.
Delivery Failed
Delivery can be cancelled (without refund) if:
No one is present at the event venue
The installation area is not accessible
The space is unsafe or does not meet the requirements for the equipment
Please ensure that someone over the age of 18 is present during the delivery.
